Tax consulting

Tax consultancy services are provided by a tax adviser, registered in the list of tax advisors, maintained by the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors (SKDP). Our tax advisor is Ing. Tibor Pefčík, Certificate No. SKDP 362/94 and we provide tax advice and related services through the tax consulting firm D.A. TAX k.s.
The tax advisor provides tax advice to a client pursuant to a concluded contract, while in his work he must comply with the client’s requirements and current legislation. The tax adviser is obliged to observe confidentiality on all matters, which are disclosed to him in connection with the consulting services he provides. The tax advisor is responsible to the client for the performance of his activities. The tax adviser carries appropriate liability insurance for any damages that may be caused in the exercise of his activities.
The provision of tax advice is regulated by Law No. 78/1992 Coll. “On Tax Advisors and the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors”.
