Audit services are provided through our partner D.E.A. AUDIT s.r.o., with head office at Hviezdoslavova 49/11, 984 01 Lučenec, Slovakia. The company is a member of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors (SKAU) and registered in the list of audit firms – UDVA License No. 363. An audit is the verification of individual financial statements, verification of consolidated financial statements, as well as verification of compliance of an individual annual report with separate financial statements and verification of compliance of a consolidated annual report with consolidated financial statements.
Audit obligations related to financial statements of accounting entities are stipulated in Law No. 431/2002 Coll. “On Accounting” or obligations determined by special regulations (e.g., bylaws of municipalities, foundations, securities dealers, banks, insurance companies, etc.). Audit work performed by auditors and audit firms is regulated by Law No. 540/2007 Coll. “On Auditors, Audits and Supervision of Audits”.
